It is rare I am motivated to write
a letter, but I am in this case. You need to know what an
excellent employee you have in Jessica Wood.
When I decided to put a pool
in, I got your company’s name from the Internet. I was surprised
to get a phone call back within 24 hours of my online contact and
Jessica handled my loan packaging from beginning to end. She is
friendly and most important returns phone calls!
Naturally in the process, there
were phone calls back and forth. Usually I don’t like leaving
messages because it is my experience, you never get a return call.
Not with Jessica! Calls were returned the same day or next.
I am the president of a credit union and if Jessica were closer, I’d
try and steal her from you!
Based on my experience with

Dear Mr. Lyon,
We wanted to take a moment and express our
thanks for the awesome job that Heather Macfayden did in securing our
pool loan. She has been our lifeline through a maze of companies,
papers, vouchers, papers, references, and more papers. Notice how
the paper word kept coming up? She was terrific helping us

Heather also was super friendly whenever
