Mr. Lyon:
I
write to you to express our extreme satisfaction with a member of your
team who I feel deserves some recognition. Jessica Wood processed
our pool loan did and outstanding job!
Because
we live in Texas we had a number of nerves racking problems surrounding
the somewhat ridiculous and confusing laws which pertain to home equity
loans in this state. Jessica helped us work through all of the
complicated restrictions and issues that come with having a loan in
Texas.
While
I am sure we would have eventually closed on our loan if we worked with
someone else, but only God knows how long that could have taken.
Jessica helped us to avoid lengthy delays which may have stopped us from
getting our pool installed for this summer. I am happy to report
that our pool is completed and being used with delight! We are
very happy with Lyon Financial and especially with Jessica for her
