1. Stage Funding to the Contractor: Lyon sends payments directly to you in stages as construction progresses. Your customer completes a quick electronic confirmation at each stage to verify the work is completed. This protects both sides and keeps projects funded on time.
2. Direct-to-Consumer Funding: Some programs disburse funds directly to the homeowner. In these cases, the homeowner pays you using the funds they receive.
